A Bit About Me
I have a vast experience working with a variety of clients from beginner to advanced, both in 1:1 and group settings. My solid understanding of and passion for movement stems from my background as a professional contemporary dancer. I believe that when we move better we feel better. I base my training sessions around strength and conditioning work, mobility being important part of the program. I approach fitness holistically aiming for both physical and mental wellbeing. My workouts will not feel like a punishment but something you look forward to!
